Making Your Reservation

Simple Options & Solutions takes reservations for all seasons. We only manage a select number of vacation properties. To inquire about a property or reservation information, contact us via:

When making an inquiry, please include:

• Name

• Mailing address, city, state, zip

• Telephone numbers

• Email address (if available)

• Which property you are interested in

• Anticipated arrival and departure dates

• Number in your party

• Any other comments you may have.

 

Once you have selected a rental, we pencil in your reservation request, and mail you a Rental Agreement package which includes leasing documents, additional information about the property, and payment instructions.  

Your request becomes a “reservation” when the signed rental agreement, along with security/damage deposit (as indicated on an invoice provided) have been received. Reservation dates will not be held without a deposit. This deposit holds your reservation date until your stay begins, provides security against damage you may incur to the rental during your stay, and is fully refunded after you leave, provided there hasn’t been anything taken or broken and you have upheld the rental agreement, including the clean-up procedure, phone use (if applicable), and the no smoking/no pets policy. The second and final payment is due in our office 30 days prior to arrival. This payment includes the total rental amount, plus Idaho Use Tax (6%) and Lodging Tax (2%).

 Payments are to be received by the dates indicated on the invoice; late payments may be subject to penalties.

Please designate one person in your party to be responsible for all payments and correspondence regarding your reservation. 

Confirmation

Your “reservation” becomes “confirmed” once full payment has been received (30) days prior to arrival). At that time, we will send you a confirmation letter with additional arrival instructions.
