Vacation Rental Information

What is the cost of renting your properties?

Daily and weekly rates will vary on the home that is selected.

Do you require a security deposit?

A refundable security/damage deposit is required on all homes to hold your reservation and to protect the home/contents from malicious or negligent damage or being left abnormally dirty resulting in excessive cleaning cost (i.e., carpet/furniture stains, incomplete move-out duties, etc.). This deposit less a $50.00 cleaning fee, will be returned within thirty (30) days from your departure if the home is left in satisfactory condition, all keys are returned to us by check out time, and no charges have been made on the property phone (if applicable). In the event that any part of your deposit is not refunded, you will receive an explanation of all charges with the balance of your deposit, if any.

Do you charge an additional cleaning fee?

A non-refundable cleaning fee of $50.00 is charged irrespective of the length of stay to cover the cost of laundering sheets and towels, remaking the beds and getting the home ready for our next guest. This cleaning fee is deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit.

How do we pay for our rental?

Payments must be drawn on US funds, and can be in the form of personal check, money order, or traveler’s checks. We do not accept credit cards. No personal checks or company checks will be accepted within the 30-day period prior to check-in. A $25.00 handling fee will be charged for all returned checks. All reservations must be paid in full prior to check-in.

When is Check-In and Check-Out?

Check-in time is between 4:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. Please plan your arrival accordingly as we cannot give guest keys until check-in time. If you will be arriving after 5:00 p.m., please notify us so arrangements can be made for late check-in. Check-out time is 12:00 p.m. No exceptions.

What is your Cancellation Policy? 

If you cancel your reservation prior to thirty (30) days before your check in date,  you will receive a full refund less a $50.00 handling fee.  If cancellations are made after that time, fifty percent (50%) of the deposit amount will be forfeited.

Are pets allowed?

Pets are not permitted in any of the rental properties. This also includes visitor’s pets. Violation is grounds for forfeiture of deposit.

May we smoke?

Smoking is prohibited inside all rental properties. Violation is grounds for forfeiture of deposit.

Any other additional rules we should know?

All rentals are to families and responsible adults only. No high school, college or civic groups, chaperoned or not, are permitted.

Guest and all members of Guest’s party must be sufficiently quiet and peaceful so as not to disturb other property owners.
