     S.O.S is a locally owned business, and managed by a mother-daughter team with over 12 years of property management experience. Our business is short-term and long-term residential management with our main focus on vacation rentals. We provide personalized service for property owners, guests, and tenants. Our goal for the property owner is to generate income on the investment and preserve property value.  For the tenant it is to provide comfortable and memorable accommodations. 

      So we are your point of contact whether you are an owner looking for management, or a prospective tenant looking for a place to vacation or a place to call home.
